I have been helping clients with their real estate needs in the Conejo Valley since my family moved here 7 years ago. My husband and I live in Newbury Park with our two children who go to elementary school in Thousand Oaks.

My biggest asset for my clients is that I've been where they are. My husband and I bought and sold 5 homes in 10 years due to job transfers. I can relate to all the issues buyers and sellers face on a personal level.

I'm also trained as a Certified Distressed Property Expert helping homeowners who are upside down in their mortgages to find solutions.

Whatever the situation, I will do everything I can to help my clients sell or buy a home.
